After College, College of Law and training, all in London, Edward qualified as a solicitor in 1981 when he joined the firm. A Partner since 1983, he specialises in family and litigation with an emphasis on High Court, County Court and Tribunal work. Edward has lived in Milton Keynes since the early 1990s and is pleased to be part of an expanding and dynamic city.

Sarah considers herself most certainly a ‘local’, having hailed from Stony Stratford. She qualified as a Solicitor in 1990 and is a Partner of Austin Ray. Sarah is a Fully Accredited Member of Solicitors for the Elderly and is particularly passionate about the protection of the elderly and vulnerable members of our society. Sarah is also a Notary Public having obtained her Post Graduate Diploma in Notarial Practice from Cambridge University.
Jonathan qualified as a Solicitor in 2010 and became a Partner in 2017. He specialises in Wills, Probate, all types of Power of Attorney & Court of Protection work and elderly client matters and is a Fully Accredited Member of Solicitors for the Elderly. His thorough but understanding approach enables him to ease our clients through the potentially complex procedures which arise due to bereavement, illness or incapacity.
Nick qualified as a solicitor in 1985 and since then has specialised in dealing with property matters, with a particular expertise in residential conveyancing. He acts for a whole range of clients, from buyers of shared ownership properties, through to investors with large property portfolios; and all age groups from first-time buyers just starting out on the property ladder, to retired people dealing with family arrangements and shared-equity mortgages. Nick has a long-held belief that residential property transactions require a friendly, personal service from the solicitors involved, and that there is no substitute for experience and expertise when providing that service.
Arya qualified as a Solicitor in 2010. He specialises in family law and deals with all aspects of it including divorce, separation and finances. He conducts cases himself in Court and also has extensive experience in representing parents, grandparents and family members in children related matters. Arya is also a member of Resolution.
Alnoor qualified as a solicitor in 1991 having previously been a Legal Executive. He has
specialised in residential and commercial property matters virtually all his career and has a
thorough understanding of the problems faced by Purchasers, Vendors and Lenders.
Alnoor joined Austin Ray from his position in a London based practice and has a wealth of experience dealing with a variety of clients and their property and business matters and has a specialised knowledge in commercial property matters, Leases & Landlord & Tenant matters.
Although not yet qualified as a Solicitor, Priya has a Law Degree from Sussex University and having been with the firm since 2015, she has continued to gain experience with the firm whilst providing valuable support to the qualified solicitors. Priya formally started a Training Contact with Austin Ray on 1st March 2017.
