Nick qualified as a solicitor in 1985 and since then has specialised in dealing with property
matters, with a particular expertise in residential conveyancing. He acts for a whole range of
clients, from buyers of shared ownership properties, through to investors with large property
portfolios; and all age groups from first-time buyers just starting out on the property ladder,
to retired people dealing with family arrangements and shared-equity mortgages.
Nick has a long-held belief that residential property transactions require a friendly, personal service from the solicitors involved, and that there is no substitute for experience and expertise when providing that service.
Durga qualified in 2004 and has worked for Law Firms in Bedford, Milton Keynes and London. She specialises in Family Law and Litigation and is an accredited member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel. She has expertise in conducting complex family and litigation cases. Her Family Law practice involves dealing with high net worth divorce and financial cases, Children Act matters, child abduction, care proceedings, domestic violence injunctions and occupation orders. Her Litigation practice involves general litigation, professional negligence cases, personal injury and clinical negligence claims; as well as breach of contract, commercial fraud and commercial contract litigation, bankruptcy petitions, debt collection, property and boundary disputes, insurance claims and contested probate matters. Durga has excellent advocacy skills. She is quick to understand clients' problems and is able to provide very robust and practical advice. Clients particularly like her professional and friendly approach.
Faiza qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and specialises in Wills and Probate. She provides
advice on estate planning, Inheritance Tax reliefs and on drafting all types of Wills
including Property Protection Trust Wills and Discretionary Trust Wills. She also deals with
all aspects of Probate and Estate administration, Declarations of Trust and Powers of
Faiza acts for elderly and vulnerable clients as well as high net worth individuals. Her straightforward and friendly approach makes the entire process stress free and easy to understand.

Sarah considers herself most certainly a 'local', having hailed from Stony Stratford. She qualified as a Solicitor in 1990 and is a Fully Accredited Member of Solicitors for the Elderly. She is particularly passionate about the protection of the elderly and vulnerable members of our society. Sarah is also a Notary Public having obtained her Post Graduate Diploma in Notarial Practice from Cambridge University in 2009.
Priya completed her Training Contract with Austin Ray in 2018 and now works in the Wills and
Probate Department. Her particular specialisation is drafting Wills and advising clients in all
aspects of estate planning and Inheritance Tax.
She works closely with Faiza Khalid and assists her in the administraton of estates and Probate matters.
